Dear Berkeley ppls:
I'm Svend la Rose. Some of you may remember me as the current ASFAR president, or as the former NYRA west RD/research director. I'm currently writing an organizing manual for ASFAR, and I wanted to ask those of you that are ASFAR members or friends to help out. (Since you haven't deleted me off your webpage yet, I felt license to post this.)
Specifically, given the history NYRA-Berkeley has in dealing with city councils and commissions, I wanted to ask if there was anyone who could help out in writing the chapter "Dealing with Local Government."
